You'll be responsible for:
  • Support senior construction leadership, guiding teams and coordinating trade contractors to deliver programme, safety, wellbeing and quality objectives.
  • Implement Mace onsite standards, providing strong technical expertise and ensuring robust QA to final signoff.
  • Build effective client, design and stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to netzero goals through responsible delivery and proactive carbon reduction practices.
 
You'll need to have:
  • Strong construction methodology, digital delivery and HSE knowledge with experience managing multiple large work packages.
  • Solid planning, budgeting and programme expertise, including MEP and commissioning understanding.
  • Clear, empathetic communicator who leads teams effectively and models best practice.
  • Recognized construction qualification (e.g., NVQ/HNC/CIOB), with SMSTS and valid CSCS card.
 
The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
