Job Overview
Apoya el programa de "Hubbell Manufacturing System" ("HMS"), eventos "Kaizen", mediciones, mejoras contínuas en las áreas de fabricación y áreas de apoyo.   • Capacita a otros en la metodología HMS y Kaizen
  • Identifica oportunidades de mejora a diario
  • Dirige eventos "Kaizen", según sea necesario
  • Estandarización de criterios y formación del conocimiento de las 5S
  • Seguimiento diario de las operaciones en las zonas donde se ha implantado el "Kaizen" utilizando el ritmo de producción real
  • Utilizar el conocimiento de la metodología "Kaizen" para seguir mejorando las áreas y procesos en donde se haya implementado y las que no
  • Requisa y ordena servicios, piezas de repuesto y reparación de equipo, siguiendo los procedimientos del Departamento de Compras. Dar seguimiento a aprobaciones y entrega de requisiciones

  • Grado Asociado en Ingeniería, Control de Calidad o cualquier otro grado técnico donde el prospecto haya desarrollado la capacidad de análisis, estudio crítico y capacidad de procesos
  • Comunicación oral y escrita, comunica de manera efectiva
  • Lectura, escritura, comprensión e interpretación del idioma inglés en nivel básico para su aplicación en el uso de instrucciones escritas y manuales de equipos
  • Conocimientos y/o experiencia básica en: Microsoft Office incluyendo: Word, Excel y Power Point
  • Experiencia en uso de sistemas como SAP
