Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or Chemistry.
• Proficiency in microscopy techniques.
• Background in circuit design and semiconductor device physics.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of scan and automatic test pattern generation methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year PhD candidates are highly preferred.
• Experience with hands-on experiments in physics, microscopy, EDA tools, or testing engineering.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and post-silicon debugging techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as JMP, Python, or MATLAB.
• Experience with Tessent tools and interpreting diagnosis data.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $102,800.00-139,100.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
