Workforce Forecasting Manager

Position Responsibilities

  • Build data-driven workforce forecasts that help Customer Service teams stay ahead of customer demand across North America.

  • Lead and develop the WFM Forecasting team, building a culture of collaboration, high performance and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Customer Service leaders and cross-functional teams to align staffing strategies with customer demand and business trends.

  • Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools and reporting, presenting recommendations that drive business decisions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2+ years in a workforce management leadership role.

  • 3+ years of workforce forecasting and software experience, including demand planning and trend analysis.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
