  • Collaborate with Legal Support Assistants (LSAs) and Legal Executive Assistants (LEAs), providing guidance and delegation on various projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and third parties through professional email and voice correspondence.
Who You Are
  • Experience: You possess a minimum of two years of administrative experience specifically within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Education: You hold a High School Diploma or GED; however, a Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or business administration is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with legal software such as iManage, Aderant, or Zoom.
  • Legal Knowledge: You have a general familiarity with legal terminology, documentation, and law firm best practices.
  • Work Style: You are confident, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and remain productive under pressure.
  • Availability: You are available for a 3-month contract, working onsite in Wilmington, DE, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
