What You'll Do:
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas across both permanent and contingent hiring
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, workforce type (FTE vs. contingent), and hiring strategies
  • Manage contingent workforce hiring processes, including requisition alignment, vendor coordination, and candidate evaluation
  • Support Talent Acquisition vendor implementation and ongoing partnership management, ensuring alignment to processes, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Coordinate project activities tied to TA initiatives, including tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring follow-through on action items
  • Map and document recruiting workflows and process improvements to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Execute project tasks and monitor progress, identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies
  • Provide regular updates and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience across all hiring types
  • Mentor team members and contribute to TA best practices and capability building

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 5+ years of experience in internal/corporate Talent Acquisition
