Continental Propertiesย is looking for a Bilingual Multifamily Centralized Sales Associateย to join our team.ย 

As the Multifamily Centralized Sales Associate,ย you play a vital role in supporting Continental communitiesย in achieving leasing metrics and securing leases.ย Acting as a second line of defense, you will uncover prospect needs, match them to the perfect apartment, and deliver a personalized experience that builds excitement for future residents.ย ย This position reports directly to theย Manager ofย Centralization,ย Sales.ย ย 

This position can workย remoteย withinย any of ourย coreย marketsย (CO, MN, IL, WI, GA, FL, MI, AZ). Candidates mustย resideย within one hour of a Continental community as this role will requireย periodicย visits toย supported communities and visitsย to our home office in Menomonee, WI.ย ย 

Essential Responsibilities:ย 

  • Support onsite leasing teams across the portfolio as needs ariseย 
  • Respond to inbound leads and inquiries, ensuring no prospect goes unattendedย ย 
  • Share the features, benefits,ย amenitiesย and pricing of the community to the prospective residentsย 
  • Leverage your outbound sales skills to create new appointments for the communitiesย and follow-ups to help convert prospects into residentsย 
  • Use the customer relationship management (CRM) application to track your interactions with prospective residents.ย 

Skills for Success:ย 

  • Proficiencyย inย Spanishย preferredย ย 
  • Two or more years of apartment leasing experience preferred, strong sales experience and exceptional at providingย above and beyondย customer serviceย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsย ย 
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independentlyย ย 
  • Comfortable managing multiple leads and priorities at onceย ย
