Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, creative, and proactive Conversion Specialist to support the execution and optimization of organic growth and digital acquisition experiences across web and app platforms. 

This role will play a key part in helping grow the organization's digital visibility, searchable content ecosystem, customer engagement, and evolving AI/LLM discoverability strategies through content development, landing page optimization, technical and on page SEO best practice, educational experiences, customer journey improvements, and digital experience enhancements. 

This role sits within the Product organization and partners cross-functionally with Marketing Acquisition, Analytics, Creative, UX, Brand, SEO, and Engineering teams to support organic growth initiatives, customer journey optimization, and digital experience enhancements across web and mobile platforms. 

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and can independently manage initiatives from intake through launch, QA, optimization, reporting, and operational execution.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital experience, digital product operations, ecommerce management, site merchandising, content operations or related fields preferred 

  • Hands-on experience working within CMS platforms such as Contentstack, WordPress, Shopify, or similar systems 
  • Experience supporting searchable landing pages, content ecosystems, and discoverability-focused digital experiences 
  • Understanding of digital discoverability strategies, content optimization, organic growth initiatives, and evolving search trends 
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms preferred 
  • Experience supporting App Store Optimization (ASO), app ratings/reviews initiatives, or mobile acquisition strategies preferred 
  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tableau, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, or similar analytics/reporting platforms 

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.

  • Build, update, and optimize landing pages within CMS platforms. Support implementation of customer-focused content, layouts, CTAs, and user experiences across digital properties 

  • Support optimization of acquisition-focused and organic-focused user journeys across both web and mobile experiences that improve digital visibility, discoverability, customer engagement, and overall digital performance across web and mobile platforms 
  • Partner with Creative, UX, Brand, Product, and Engineering teams to execute acquisition-focused and discoverability-focused digital experiences aligned to business goals and customer needs 
  • Identify friction points across digital customer journeys and recommend solutions that improve usability, engagement, and conversion performance 
  • Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and digital experience analysis across sportsbook, gaming, and adjacent digital competitors 
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives using Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar testing tools 
  • Perform detailed QA reviews for landing pages, content updates, promotional experiences, tracking implementations, and digital launches 
  • Continuously evaluate workflows and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement, scalability, efficiency, and consistency
