o Advanced writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical or jargon-heavy copy without losing accuracy or meaning; understands customer-centered writing, information hierarchy, and the relationship between content, design, and interaction.

o Experienced presenter capable of explaining rationale behind content decisions; working knowledge of SEO, accessibility, UX writing, and content optimization.

o Solutions-oriented thinker who can anticipate risks, needs, and opportunities; affinity for process and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
