We're looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager who will bring that standard to life, own how our brand is expressed across every channel, every campaign, and every customer touchpoint. This is a role for someone who doesn't just write content, but shapes how a brand is experienced, discovered, and trusted.

What You'll Do

As the day to day steward of our brand, you will ensure that everything we put into the market is clear, consistent, and compelling while driving measurable engagement and conversion.

Brand Stewardship & Execution

  • Own and maintain brand consistency across digital, print, email, and social channels

  • Apply visual identity and voice standards across all content and campaigns

  • Manage and evolve the content and messaging library to ensure alignment and scalability

Content Development & Optimization

  • Write and edit high performing, AEO/SEO optimized content across:

    • Web pages and landing pages

    • Email and SMS campaigns

    • Social media and paid media copy

    • Sales collateral and campaign messaging

  • Ensure all content is aligned to brand standards and built for performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, and creative teams

  • Translate campaign strategies into clear, conversion-oriented messaging

  • Adapt messaging for evolving platforms, including AI driven search and generative answer engines

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead content testing (subject lines, headlines, messaging variants)

  • Analyze performance and apply insights to improve engagement and conversion

  • Feed learnings back into messaging frameworks and content playbooks

AI & Emerging Channel Optimization

  • Create content designed for discoverability in AI-driven environments (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity)

  • Apply structured content approaches (FAQ, How To, Speak able schema)

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance drafting, editing, and optimization workflows

What You Bring

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in brand, content, or copywriting roles within an established brand system

  • A strong, diverse writing portfolio (web, email, SMS, social, sales collateral) demonstrating both creativity and performance impact

  • Proven ability to apply brand standards and messaging frameworks independently

  • Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and creative teams

Technical & Operational Strength

  • Experience with content and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable, or similar)

  • Proficiency with CMS and marketing platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in content workflows

  • Demonstrated experience optimizing content for AI search and citation environments
