Location : Cleveland, OH or Buffalo, NY (Onsite)

Duration : Contract

Job Summary

The Content Enablement Specialist supports the execution of federated content model by combining technical enablement, GenAI solution support, and content operations. This role contributes directly to:

Authoring and maintaining shared services content

Enabling LOB teams to create high-quality content

Supporting and improving GenAI-powered capabilities

Monitoring and improving content quality, consistency, and performance

The position requires both technical aptitude (AI + platform workflows) and content judgment.

Essential Functions Shared Services Content Authoring

Create and maintain enterprise shared content within enterprise Knowledge Management software.

Structure content for:

Clarity and usability

AI consumption and search effectiveness

Apply templates, standards, and metadata to ensure consistency for user consumption and support of GenAI usage.

Enable Line of Business Authoring through Onboarding and Ongoing Support

Support onboarding of new LOBs into KM platform

Provide guidance on:

Authoring standards

Templates and structure

Best practices for AI-ready content
• Facilitate working sessions to help SMEs successfully publish content

GenAI Support & Optimization

Support and refine AI-enabled capabilities, including:

AI-generated draft content

Content similarity and consolidation recommendations

Staleness detection

Smart tagging and metadata generation

Content performance insights (engagement, usage trends)

Assist with:

Prompt design and tuning

Testing GenAI outputs for accuracy and consistency

Monitor performance and recommend improvements

Testing & System Support

Execute testing on:

Content workflows

GenAI capabilities

Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis

Ensure adherence to system requirements and user expectations

Required Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills
