Job description

Airshare is a company that values its people and recognizes their contributions to the success of the organization.  We believe in teamwork and collaboration to ensure that customers are safely and punctually transported to their destinations.  Whether you work as a pilot, mechanic, or part of the operations team, Airshare acknowledges the critical role each individual plays in the seamless execution of every trip.  The company prides itself on delivering exceptional service and has fostered a dynamic and rewarding culture.

Airshare is a nationwide private aviation company offering aircraft management, fractional ownership, jet cards, and charter.  We’re looking for a Content Producer who will create standout photo, video, and written content appealing to C-suite decision-makers and UHNW individuals.
You’ll be focused on establishing a high level of content supporting brand awareness and lead generation, setting the standard for how Airshare looks, sounds, and feels across every channel while applying strong storytelling, editing skills, and attention to detail.

This is a highly organized, detail-oriented position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams.  The role is based at Airshare’s Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (on-site; not remote or hybrid).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Own video production end-to-end—plan, shoot, and edit short- and long-form content showcasing the Airshare experience, service, and benefits of private aviation
  • Capture content in a variety of settings (flight experience, brand partnerships, events, testimonials, culture, office), delivering a consistent, premium look and feel
  • Design clean motion graphics and simple animations that elevate stories and improve performance across channels
  • Build a repeatable workflow (briefs, shot lists, schedules, file organization, versioning) to ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Adapt content for every placement (web, email, paid/organic social)—including format versions (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), captions, and accessibility best practices
  • Keep our website fresh in WordPress—regularly publish new posts, refresh copy and visuals, and ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and optimized (basic SEO, formatting, accessibility)
  • Create platform-native social content (including captions) for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Facebook that builds awareness and supports lead generation
  • Complement marketing campaigns with promotional content to generate additional awareness
  • Support paid and organic social by creating variations, testing hooks/edits, and iterating based on performance
  • Find and capture internal stories across the company (milestones, achievements, community initiatives) and package them into compelling visuals and concise copies
  • Track what’s working (views, watch time, clicks, engagement) and adjust content plans based on insights
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to source stories, align on messaging, and bring Airshare’s differentiators to life
  • Protect and strengthen the brand by staying consistent with visual guidelines, voice, and review/approval processes
  • Support events and partnerships with on-site capture and quick turn edits when needed
  • Manage requests and timelines so stakeholders know what’s coming, what’s next, and when it will be delivered

Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of experience in content production, video editing, and/or brand marketing (or equivalent portfolio-driven experience).

  • A portfolio demonstrating your range (concepting, shooting, editing) and capability to tell clear stories with a high standard of excellence.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro; After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator a plus) or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, consistently meeting deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for shoots when necessary.
