About the role
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer strategy and campaign execution for an international jewellery company. This U.S.-based role will focus on building awareness, engagement, and interest in the brand's products across the U.S. market, while aligning with global objectives and market-specific priorities.
The role will be primarily dedicated to a project with an international jewellery company, working to build brand interest through influencer-led storytelling and strategic social activations. You'll be expected to quickly understand the brand's landscape, audience, and priorities - and translate that knowledge into actionable influencer and social strategies that reflect market nuances and deliver measurable impact.
What you'll do
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and sentiment across the U.S. market.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage macro and mid-tier influencers who are known for shaping trends and driving cultural conversations on social media.
  • Manage an Influencer Executive, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless campaign delivery, influencer communication, and reporting accuracy.
  • Oversee influencer content creation and campaign execution, ensuring brand alignment, creative excellence, and measurable results.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Lead to coordinate campaign strategies and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to the client, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and international teams to ensure alignment across influencer, paid, and organic social activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and audience sentiment to inform ongoing strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, emerging creators, and influencer marketing best practices within the luxury, fashion, and jewellery sectors.

About you
  • 3-5+ years' experience in influencer marketing - preferably within the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven success executing influencer campaigns in the U.S., with experience managing macro and mid-tier creators who drive trends and cultural engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple markets, adapting global brand priorities to local audiences.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta) and their role in influencer engagement and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with paid and organic influencer integration, including boosting creator content and aligning with paid media teams.
  • Experience managing influencer and creator relationships, from sourcing and negotiation to briefing, content review, and campaign execution.
  • Skilled in content planning and ideation, ensuring influencer deliverables align with campaign objectives and brand aesthetics.
  • Competent in using influencer and social analytics platforms (such as CreatorIQ, Tagger, Traackr, or similar) to identify creators, track performance, and generate insights.
  • Strong understanding of reporting metrics including Engagement Rate (ER%), Cost per Metric (CPM), Earned Media Value (EMV), and sentiment analysis (positive, neutral, negative).
  • Experience providing weekly and monthly reporting to clients or senior stakeholders, distilling data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and international teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker who stays ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and creator innovations to inform campaign evolution.
