Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL) 1 day/week in-office


This is a full-time position. Employees located in the Greater Chicagoland Area or Dallas/Frisco area are currently expected to work from the office 1 day per week; however, this is subject to change.


Sales Enablement Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Marketing Manager plays a critical role in enabling AVANT's growth by equipping Trusted Advisors and internal sales teams with the messaging, tools, and insights needed to win complex, high value technology decisions. This role is responsible for translating AVANT's platform capabilities, partner ecosystem, and market intelligence into compelling go--to---market strategies and sales enablement experiences.


Working closely with sales leaders and channel managers as well as content, digital, and creative marketing peers, the Sales Enablement Marketing Manager connects strategy to execution, ensuring AVANT's differentiated value is clearly articulated, consistently delivered, and measurable in impact across the ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Define and oversee execution of B2B go-to--market strategies that support AVANT's Trusted Advisor model, partner success, and revenue growth.
  • Develop GTM playbooks that align messaging, positioning, packaging, and use cases across AVANT's portfolio of next g-eneration technology solutions.
  • Support sales and channel teams with structured enablement frameworks that reinforce AVANT's role as a strategic advisor, not just a distributor.

Sales Content & Sales Enablement

  • Lead the development and ongoing optimization of sales assets that help acquire, educate, retain and grow the AVANT Trusted Advisor community.
  • Own management of brand campaigns that amplify our value proposition to Trusted Advisors and the channel overall, ensuring they are far-reaching and impactful.
  • Lead the creation of concise, high-impact -enablement assets that simplify complex technology narratives and accelerate decision confidence.

Content Strategy, Thought Leadership & Education

  • Develop campaigns, content themes, narratives, and thought leadership that reinforce AVANT's position as an industry leader-.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate data, insights, and capabilities into customer-ready stories and education assets-.
  • Constantly stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to turn these into thought-leadership content and/or messaging that can be woven into sales enablement.
  • Support client and internal sales team education across the lifecycle through guides, testimonials, training content, and other resources.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing education for sales teams to drive consistent usage of enablement tools and resources.

Targeting, Insights & Performance Optimization

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to define and refine ideal customer profiles to guide targeted GTM efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, analytics, creative, content, and digital team members to ensure alignment and speed to market.
  • Track adoption and performance of sales enablement tools and content, delivering insights that inform continuous improvement and most effective distribution channels.
  • Use data, feedback loops, and attribution intelligence to optimize messaging, content effectiveness, and sales impact.

Requirements

  • ย Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or go-to--market strategy, ideally within the technology ecosystem.
  • Proven experience supporting complex sales cycles and sales-driven organizations.
  • Deep understanding of sales enablement, lifecycle marketing, and consultative selling motions.
  • Well-versed in campaign development and brand amplification.
  • Strong ability to translate complex, technical offerings into clear, compelling, targeted materials that enforce the AVANT value narrative.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
