Job description

Description
If your idea of marketing is posting content and hoping people notice... this isn't for you.
We're building something bigger.
Our Goal Is Simple: Become the most recognized, trusted, and talked-about vehicle wrap company in Utah.
When someone thinks "vehicle wraps" - they think Identity Graphx.
That's the standard.
Responsibilities
This isn't a "post three times a week and call it marketing" role. We need someone who can run the full marketing operation - content, ads, campaigns, and everything in between - and actually move the needle on leads and revenue.
What You'll Own
You'll be responsible for filming and producing short-form content that captures the real work happening in our shop - installs, transformations, before-and-afters - and turning it into content people actually want to watch. Not corporate fluff. Not cringe. Authentic storytelling that builds trust and authority across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
On the paid side, you'll build and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with a laser focus on lead generation. You'll test creatives, iterate on hooks and offers, and optimize for cost per lead - scaling what's working and cutting what isn't. If you chase vanity metrics instead of revenue, this isn't the right fit.
Beyond content and ads, you'll lead campaign strategy across digital and print - coordinating messaging across social, ads, mailers, and promotions so everything hits with purpose. You'll also own brand consistency, making sure every touchpoint looks sharp and reflects who we are: empathetic, passionate, and committed to doing things right.
You'll track your own performance - leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates - and use that data to make real decisions. And you'll leverage AI tools where they make sense to move faster and work smarter.
What Success Looks Like
A consistent flow of inbound leads, content that earns real attention, ads that produce predictable ROI, and a brand presence that looks like the best shop in the industry - because it is.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of marketing experience in a hands-on, multi-hat role
• Can shoot, edit, and post short-form video content independently
• Proven experience running Meta ad campaigns with measurable lead gen results
• Fluent in performance metrics - CPL, CTR, conversion rates - and acts on them
• Strong copywriting skills across ads, social, and promotional content
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns, not just managing a content calendar
• Uses AI tools to work faster and smarter
• Portfolio or examples of real campaigns with real results
• Bonus
• Trades, automotive, or home services background
• Print/direct mail experience
• Canva or basic design skills
You'll Thrive Here If You
• Are both creative and analytical - you can shoot and edit content and understand ad performance
• Move fast and take ownership without needing constant direction
• Care about business outcomes, not just aesthetics
• This Probably Isn't for You If You
• See "marketing" as scheduling posts and watching follower counts
• Shy away from numbers, metrics, or accountability
