Wellness Sales & Marketing Coordinator

The Joint Chiropractic โ€“ Warwick, RI
START DATE: JUNE 1

Pay: $20/hour base + commission bonuses
Schedule: Full-time including Saturdays
Clinic Hours: 10amโ€“7pm (evenings and weekends required)

At The Joint Chiropractic, our mission is simple: make routine chiropractic care affordable, convenient, and accessible so more people can feel and move better every day.

Wellness Coordinators play a direct role in that mission by helping patients understand their options and commit to consistent care that delivers results.


About the Role

This role combines front desk operations, sales, and community marketing.

You will help convert patients in the clinic while also generating new leads through events, outreach, and social media content.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging both in person and on camera.

This is not a passive front desk job. It is a goal-driven, performance-based role in a fast-paced retail wellness environment.


Core ResponsibilitiesIn-Clinic Sales & Operations (Primary Focus)
  • Build immediate rapport with patients and create a welcoming experience
  • Proactively engage and guide conversations toward care and membership
  • Educate patients on chiropractic care, pricing, and plans
  • Confidently present options and ask for commitment
  • Convert new patients into recurring members
  • Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
  • Answer phones, schedule visits, and process payments
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily clinic flow
  • Open and close the clinic
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
Marketing, Events & Brand Representation
  • Represent the clinic at local events, expos, gyms, and community partnerships
  • Engage with the public to generate interest and capture new patient leads
  • Confidently approach and speak with strangers in high-traffic settings
  • Assist in executing local marketing strategy (LSM)
  • Participate in social media content, including being filmed for videos and promotions
  • Serve as a high-energy brand ambassador inside and outside the clinic
  • Actively request and generate 5-star Google reviews from satisfied patients
  • Deliver a patient experience that consistently earns positive feedback and referrals

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-based role. Continued employment is contingent on meeting expectations after training.

Core Metrics (tracked weekly and monthly):

  • Membership conversion rate
  • Total membership sales
  • Lead generation through events and outreach
  • Google review generation and patient satisfaction
  • Participation and consistency in marketing initiatives

Top performers earn additional commission and advancement opportunities.


Required Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience (retail, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based sales)
  • Naturally outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect quickly with others
  • Comfortable being on camera and participating in social media content
  • Willing to work off-site events, including weekends and occasional evenings
  • Able to memorize and deliver scripts conversationally
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly
  • Reliable, punctual, coachable, and accountable

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in teaching, childcare, or other people-facing roles
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Background in fitness, wellness, or healthcare
  • Experience with membership-based or recurring revenue models
  • CRM or EMR system experience
  • Basic knowledge of anatomy or wellness concepts
