Key focus areas include creator growth and support, live content strategy and operations, user engagement and retention, platform governance, and scalable operational execution. The team combines global vision with strong localization capabilities to adapt strategies to different markets while maintaining consistent platform standards. You are expected to have a "scout's eye" for talent across specialized verticals such as Chatting/Podcast, Fashion/Modeling, Acting, and Stand-up Comedy. This role focuses on identifying high-potential creators, leveraging existing industry networks (Agencies/MCNs), and converting individual viral successes into a systematic growth engine for the platform. Responsibilities 1. Trend & Ecosystem Analysis: Continuously monitor mainstream social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to identify emerging content trends and shifts in the creator economy. 2. Case Study & Funnel Optimization: Deconstruct successful individual cases to identify key drivers of viewer conversion and revenue; develop data-driven frameworks to influence creators to adopt these winning strategies. 3. Scalable Strategy Execution: Translate individual "hero cases" into scalable programs through structured education, creator marketing, and community engagement initiatives. 4. Vertical Expertise & Resource Management: Apply deep knowledge of the modeling, acting, and comedy industries to tailor growth strategies. Actively leverage and expand a network of talent agencies (MCNs) and creator collectives to fast-track high-quality onboarding. 5. Creator Coaching & Incubation: Provide day-to-day coaching and develop educational resources to help creators improve content quality, increase retention, and maximize monetization. 6. Campaign & Activation Execution: Execute innovative creator programs and LIVE activations focused on monetization, content quality, and community connection. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align and execute on growth priorities and unlock opportunities for creator success. 8. Performance Tracking: Track industry trends and own key success metrics, including revenue growth, retention, content quality, and platform progression.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in content strategy, creator/community growth, or talent management. 2. Industry Connectivity: Proven success in working with talent agencies (MCNs), modeling agencies, or entertainment management in the US market. 3. Content Literacy: Deep understanding of the creator lifecycle-from onboarding to sustained growth and monetization. 4. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze performance across multiple content verticals and tiers to optimize growth tactics. 5. Execution Excellence: Highly organized with strong project management skills and a bias for action. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Direct Creator Experience: Current or former influencer/creator with a proven track record (e.g., 10K+ followers) and a strong foundation in content production. 2. Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103360 - $209380 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
