  • As a Digital Content Planner, you’ll partner with Digital Strategists and creative team members on the execution of all digital campaign activations through the timely handoff and delivery of creative files, detailed asset organization and auditing, maintaining accurate file specifications, and data reporting.
  • We’ll count on you to stay on top of the fast-paced work environment and ever-evolving digital landscape while keeping a heavy focus on website, search, eCRM, social, display, video content designed to drive business goals and brand objectives.
  • Responsible for all content execution across website, social (organic and paid), online video, digital banners, and retailer assets.
  • Manage and complete social content calendars, website update request forms, paid media traffic sheets, and other digital handoff processes.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Oversee accurate content deliverables, from project brief to launch, including checking specifications and requirements, providing final creative assets to outside vendors, and conducting QA reviews.
  • Be a key contact for media agencies, ensuring all digital creative assets are trafficked accurately ahead of launch and communicating timely updates to all clients, partners, and teams.
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategists and analytics counterparts on pulling data and insights for owned digital properties.
  • Assist Digital Strategists in the creation of campaign kickoff documents.
  • Maintain strong agility and attention to detail skills while working cross-functionally with creative and account teams on multiple projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with 4 years of professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience including 1+ years of experience working in a digital and/or social marketing field.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital campaign activations including website, email, social, video and display.
Tools and Software:
Required:
  • Microsoft Office/SharePoint/Excel/PowerPoint/ Google Analytics.
Preferred:
  • Scanova/Sprinklr/ Meta Business Manager/ Workfront/ Adobe Suite (photoshop).
