Responsibilities for Specialist Program Management include but are not limited to:

· As a Specialist in CX (Consumer Experience) Project/Program Management, you are responsible for management and execution of projects and programs to effectively deliver North American PetFood, Treats, Golden Products, and ProPlan Veterinary Diets business results across Development and CX Campaigns.

· The Specialist in Program Management is responsible for leading projects and cross functional teams to deliver projects and processes to meet business requirements.

· You will be responsible for building both internal and external relationships in order to perform primary responsibilities in an effective manner. As a Specialist in Program Management, you will work closely with internal key stakeholders such as Brand Managers and external agency partners.

· Lead internal teams and external agency partners through integrated planning processes and paid media tactical execution

· Develop end-to-end project plans and associated tools to ensure on time, in scope delivery of brand campaigns and tactics

· Manage and lead the team through uncertainty, ambiguity and drive Change Management

· Drive the engagement and accountability of key stakeholders through communicating and influencing, with a focus on leading the group through to execution of deliverables

Candidates Specialist Program Management must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Prepare and present objective project communications and escalations to key stakeholders

· Partner to implement changes to aligned process updates to their brands

· Promotes and advocates for the implementation of the Marketing Ops framework(s) and ensures that programs and roles/responsibilities are consistently executed according to the specified requirements

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar degree program preferred

· 3+ years’ experience in project/program management, agency experience, cross-functional leadership roles or business leadership roles required

· Knowledge in Media and Digital Marketing (for example - TV, Social, Audio such as Spotify, PR, Retail Media, Websites, Search) required

· Content and/or Agile project management experience a plus

· Project Management and Content workflow tools (exp., Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Trello) preferred

Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.53 per hour
