Position Overview

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager for our private real estate lending business, with direct responsibility for developing content that strengthens Arixa's market presence, increases engagement with existing clients, and supports new business.

This role requires a strong, hands-on writer who can develop the messaging, narratives, and thought leadership that power Arixa's marketing efforts. Success in this role depends on the ability to articulate complex lending concepts in a simple, credible, and persuasive way for borrowers and referral partners.

The role will execute content programs, including thought leadership, newsletters, social media, marketing collateral, case studies, and conference materials. Working closely with internal subject matter experts and Loan Originators, the Content Marketing Manager will help elevate Arixa's position as a trusted lender and industry expert.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, storyteller, and content strategist with experience in lending, fintech, or B2B financial services.


Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Content Marketing Manager is an LA-based based position on a hybrid schedule with at least two (2) days in-office. This position will report to the Senior Vice President, Marketing. While not an exhaustive list, the Content Marketing manager will be responsible for:

Content Strategy
The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for building content programs that establish Arixa as a trusted lender and industry authority. This includes:
• Developing content that translates complex lending concepts, financing strategies, and market dynamics into practical insights for builders and developers
• Executing content programs across multiple formats, including articles, case studies, collateral, email, newsletters, social media, and video scripts
• Owning content planning and production processes, including editorial calendars, stakeholder coordination, and project management
• Maintaining consistency of voice, tone, and positioning across all marketing channels

Client Engagement
The role develops content that keeps borrowers engaged with Arixa throughout their loan lifecycle, supporting retention and repeat business. This includes:
• Crafting communications for key lifecycle stages, including new client onboarding, active loan periods, loan payoff, and re engagement
• Establishing messaging strategies for first-time borrowers, repeat clients, and lapsed relationships

Market Expansion
The role creates content that supports Arixa's expansion into new markets, borrower segments, and lending products. This includes:
• Creating market-specific content and messaging tailored to new geographies, borrower audiences, and growth opportunities
• Developing content that educates borrowers on new lending solutions and product offerings
• Partnering with stakeholders to translate market opportunities and product capabilities into clear, compelling marketing content

• Consistent publication of high-quality content that reflects Arixa's expertise and perspective
• Documented content strategy and editorial calendar actively in use
• Improved engagement among current clients and lapsed relationships
• Predictable flow of marketing influenced leads


Education and Experience
• Degree from a college or university with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in lending, fintech, or B2B financial services
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills, across marketing channels
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in clear, credible, and compelling ways
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable partnering with Loan Originators and subject matter experts while maintaining focus on strategic marketing priorities
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Pardot

Compensation
This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in office. It is an exempt full-time position, with salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 (depending upon experience) plus discretionary bonus potential.
