Job description

Unlimited Biking is seeking a creative and outgoing On-Site Customer Experience & Content Creation Assistant to support our wide range of customer experiences, local events, and content creation efforts. This role is perfect for someone who loves being out in the field, engaging with people, and creating dynamic content that captures real experiences. You'll play a key role in building brand awareness, supporting events, and bringing our biking experiences to life through engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Event Representation & Brand Activation

  • Attend local public events to represent Unlimited Biking
  • Engage with attendees to promote our services and offerings
  • Distribute marketing materials and increase brand visibility
  • Gather/create unique on-location content for the marketing team

Store, Event & Experience Support

  • Assist with customer picnics, group outings, and VIP client experiences
  • Customer experience & store operational support
  • Help coordinate and execute on-site check-in for events
  • Ensure a smooth and memorable experience for participants
  • Gather/create unique on-location content for the marketing team

Bike Events & Street Marketing

  • Support local biking events to drive brand awareness
  • Assist with flyer distribution and on-the-ground promotions
  • Gather/create unique on-location content for the marketing team

Content Creation

  • Attend at least one bike tour per week to create engaging content
  • Produce short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
  • Participate in trends, viral challenges, or creative storytelling
  • Work with the marketing team to align content with campaigns

Skills

  • Interest in biking, outdoor activities, or tourism (preferred)
  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
  • Experience with content creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling
  • Comfortable being on camera
  • Ability to engage and interact with the public
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
