Marketing Content Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned marketing content development professional to lead the creation of compelling, technically accurate, value driven content for a fast-paced semiconductor company focused on delivering an automated advantage for our customers. This role is ideal for a candidate who can translate complex technologies, customer challenges, and product differentiators into clear, engaging content that supports brand awareness, product launch success, customer education, and sales enablement
The successful candidate will bring strong technology marketing experience, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to collaborate across product management, engineering, sales, applications, communications, and executive stakeholders. This person will be expected to own outcomes, deliver on commitments, stay driven by priorities, work resiliently through barriers, innovate for long-term success, boldly collaborate with cross-functional teams, and value diverse contributions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Extract strong benefit driven content and positioning from product management, engineering, applications, sales and service teams to create clear, differentiated, and persuasive messaging for technical and business audiences.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that supports business objectives, product launches, customer engagement, and market positioning.
  • Create high-quality content to be used in customer-facing presentations, white papers, application notes, case studies, executive and investor presentations, campaign assets, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand standards, voice, tone, positioning, and messaging consistency across global markets and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage project timelines, content reviews, stakeholder approvals, and cross-functional deliverables in a deadline-driven environment, owning outcomes and delivering on commitments even when priorities shift or barriers arise.
  • Monitor content performance and use analytics, customer insights, and campaign data to continuously improve content effectiveness and business impact.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or technical background preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing content development, technical marketing, product marketing or communications,
  • Demonstrated ability to write for both technical and executive audiences, with a strong portfolio of content such as white papers, product messaging, launch materials, case studies, thought leadership, and sales enablement assets.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, demand generation, product launch processes, digital channels, SEO principles, and content performance measurement.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and convert them into clear customer value propositions and differentiated market messaging.
  • Experience using content management systems, analytics tools, collaboration platforms, and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing, customer journey mapping, persona development, and lifecycle content strategy.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $105,593.46 USD to $142,861.74 USD
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
