THE ROLE
The Senior Strategist - Content Management serves as the subject matter expert for content automationstrategy and scalable content solutions leveraging the Seismic platform across the organization.This role is responsible for defining and advancing enterprise standards, governance frameworks,and automation strategies that enable efficient, compliant, and brand-aligned content creation anddelivery at scale.
Acting as a strategic partner to Global Presentation Solutions (GPS), Global Product, SAIG, GIT,and other cross-functional stakeholders, the Strategist identifies emerging business needs anddevelops forward-looking automation capabilities, operational models, and content architecturesthat improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and enhance the user experience across presentationand content ecosystems.
The role leads the design and evolution of automated presentation solutions, establishes standardsfor reusable and modular content, and drives adoption of new technologies and workflows throughchange leadership, stakeholder engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Leveraging deepexpertise in Seismic, automation, PowerPoint, content governance, and workflow optimization, theSenior Strategist influences enterprise practices and contributes to the long-term evolution of content management capabilities across MFS.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Define and evolve the enterprise content automation strategy, establishing standards and governance models for modular content, metadata, taxonomy, naming conventions, lifecycle management, and version control to support scalable and reusable automated content solutions.
  • Lead the development of Seismic content automation capabilities by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align automation strategies with broader business priorities and long-term operational objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable operating models and workflows that integrate source-of-truth data, content repositories, and automation platforms into presentation generation processes across the organization.
  • Serve as the functional subject matter expert for automated content solutions, advising stakeholders and senior leaders on best practices, platform capabilities, strategic opportunities, and operational tradeoffs.
  • Establish governance frameworks that embed compliance, risk management, auditability, disclosures, retention standards, and approval workflows into automated content ecosystems in partnership with control functions and key stakeholders.
  • Lead enterprise initiatives to pilot, scale, and optimize automation use cases, including data-driven content refreshes, localization, personalization, and workflow orchestration, while defining and monitoring KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency gains, quality improvements, and business impact.
  • Anticipate evolving business and client needs by identifying opportunities to enhance automation capabilities, improve user experiences, and modernize presentation content delivery models.
  • Influence and shape enterprise standards for presentation design, template architecture, and content governance in alignment with MFS brand guidelines and organizational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional change management efforts related to automation capabilities, ensuring successful stakeholder engagement, adoption, communication, and operational readiness across impacted teams.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Agile teams to establish strategic enhancement roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and governance processes for Slide Library and Seismic platform capabilities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across business, technology, and operational teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and drive successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members and project contributors supporting presentation automation and content management initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving best practices to continuously enhance enterprise content automation capabilities and operational effectiveness.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Deep expertise in Seismic and presentation automation technologies, including LiveDoc template architecture, automated data feed integration, Workspace management, content governance, and scalable content delivery solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in presentation automation, content strategy, template architecture, workflow optimization, or related disciplines within complex organizational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise content automation strategies, governance frameworks, and scalable content architectures supporting reusable and modular content delivery.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation platforms, content management systems, APIs, integrations, and automation technologies used to support enterprise-scale content operations.
  • Proven ability to shape strategic direction, influence senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional initiatives in highly collaborative and matrixed environments.
  • Experience establishing operational standards, governance models, and best practices that drive consistency, compliance, scalability, and long-term business value.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including defining KPIs, evaluating operational performance, and using insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts, present recommendations, and shape decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success leading change initiatives, driving adoption of new capabilities, and aligning stakeholders around strategic objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product delivery models, and cross-functional collaboration practices.

PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced experience with content management and content automation platforms, including Seismic, Microsoft 365, and related enterprise collaboration technologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders within matrixed organizational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational adoption of new technologies, workflows, or operating models through change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with enterprise workflow and project management platforms, such as m365, Jira, or similar tools supporting Agile delivery models.
  • Experience establishing content standards, taxonomy frameworks, metadata strategies, or reusable content architectures to support scalable content operations.
  • Background in training, enablement, or user adoption strategies for enterprise digital tools and platforms.
  • Experience evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Prior experience mentoring team members, leading project teams, or influencing work across cross-functional groups preferred.

Base Salary Range: $132,500.00 - $198,500.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation forwhat we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
