Job description

OCI is growing alongside Oracle's expanding data center portfolio, creating a need for consistent, compelling content that supports go-to-market activities, strategic campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. We're looking for a Program Manager who can organize, develop, and scale content across Community Relations, Sustainability, and priority AI data center initiatives.

In this role, you'll manage content programs that support campaign execution, strengthen stakeholder trust, and help internal and external audiences understand Oracle's work across community impact, sustainability, and AI data center growth. You'll develop content that can be adapted across markets, channels, campaigns, and stakeholder audiences. You'll also support content needs for new internal programs and other emerging priorities that require clear messaging and reusable materials.

You will partner with Community Relations, Sustainability, Communications, Public Affairs, and campaign leads to identify stories, develop materials, manage content libraries, and ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with business priorities. Your work will help the team scale its voice across a growing portfolio of initiatives.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Program Management: Manage content programs that support GTM activities, strategic campaigns, community engagement, sustainability initiatives, executive communications, and AI data center market priorities.

  • Story Development: Identify and develop stories that highlight Oracle's community impact, sustainability work, commitments, partnerships, and engagement across priority markets.

  • Campaign & Program Support: Create and manage content for strategic campaigns, new programs, product-adjacent initiatives, and other team priorities, ensuring materials are consistent, timely, and aligned with objectives.

  • Content Operations: Maintain content libraries, messaging assets, story inventories, and reusable materials that improve access, consistency, and speed of execution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Community Relations, Sustainability, Communications, Public Affairs, and other stakeholders to develop content for a variety of audiences and channels.

  • Quality & Consistency: Ensure content is accurate, polished, audience-appropriate, and aligned with Oracle's business priorities and communications standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Public Affairs, Community Relations, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience developing content, communications materials, or storytelling assets for complex organizations or campaigns.

  • Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Strong judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate content.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across communications, business, and community-facing teams.

  • Experience supporting community engagement, corporate responsibility, public affairs, executive communications, or technology-sector communications is a plus.
