JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
As a Content Marketing Strategist, you will lead the development of compelling results driven content strategies that support business goals, enhance brand consistency, and improve customer engagement. Key responsibilities include creating and managing content for email, SMS, website, in-store digital signage. This role is responsible for developing creative briefs, aligning content from concept to execution, maintaining timelines, approvals, and production workflows. The strategist also collaborates closely with internal marketing team members to support campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across platforms. By leveraging performance insights and testing results, this role helps optimize content effectiveness, increase conversion rates, and support overall marketing and business objectives.
Essential Functions
Content Creation & Strategy
  • Partner closely with marketing leadership, creative, social, martech, and sales team to shape content strategies that support business objectives and align with brand positioning.
  • Write strategic creative briefs to guide campaign development and align messaging across channels and teams.
  • Stay current with marketing trends, channel best practices, and competitor messaging to identify new content opportunities.
  • Manage the content planning calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
  • Manage content strategy and implementation for in-store digital signage.

Project Management
  • Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with clear, concise, and compelling content across various marketing channels (eg. digital signage, SMS, email)
  • Manage production workflows by assigning tasks, setting timelines, and coordinating approvals to ensure smooth execution across platforms.
  • Execute quality assurance to ensure promo accuracy, consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging and optimization for customer experience and engagement.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics
    Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns with the Martech Specialist to implement planned email and SMS content strategies, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and utilizing effective segmentation to increase engagement and proof of revenue.
  • Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, traffic, conversion) to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies to refine messaging and optimize effectiveness.
