Summary: Stancato’s At Home Brand is looking for a creative, savvy, talented, and passionate Content Creator to join our team! If you love food and have a flair for photography, videography, and storytelling, this could be your dream role. You’ll craft engaging content for our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages, showcasing the deliciousness that Stancato’s At Home brings to the table. Strong reel creation skills are a must!


What You’ll Do

  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos at our retail locations, for our social media channels.
  • Strategically plan and post content that aligns with our brand’s vibe and goals.
  • Develop quarterly/monthly content strategy.
  • Visit local grocery retailers, restaurants, markets, and food events to capture and create original content.
  • Engage with our foodie community by responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with local businesses and influencers.
  • Plan posts, schedule, and follow the internal approval process
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to keep followers engaged. 
  • Provide and present monthly metrics reports with key insights to share with the internal team.
  • Stay on top of the latest social media trends to keep our content fresh and exciting, while maintaining Brand Standards.
  • Collab with in-house marketing team to capture batch content & schedule multiple times a week.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience creating high-quality content, with a strong emphasis on reels (portfolio required for the candidate review process).
  • Excellent photography and videography skills, plus proficiency in editing software (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Understanding of social media metrics and how to optimize content.
  • Passion for food and familiarity with the culinary scene.
  • Strong knack for content strategy, trends, and combining with brand storytelling.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Communicative and accountable 
  • Flexibility to travel locally when needed.


Bonus Points If

  • You’ve worked with brands or in the food industry before.
  • You have a strong network in the local food community.
  • You have graphic design skills.


 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience fostering community growth & developing engaging content on social media. Enjoys engaging with others and is able to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquires
  • Experience devising and executing A/B test plans and conducting performance analysis.
  • Reliable and self-directed with great time management skills and high attention to detail. Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities
  • Enjoys engaging with others and trying different methods to achieve results and meet KPl’s
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all stakeholders

 PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.


WORK ENVIRONMENT 

The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet. Exposure to outdoor elements is possible daily. Must be responsible for dressing accordingly and being prepared for any type of weather.
