Description
Seeking an Experiential Communications & Brand Activations Coordinator to support the growing digital employee experience and brand activation strategy across North America. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, governance, and execution of content displayed across the Tech Plaza digital screens and other employee-facing experiential platforms. The coordinator will manage content intake, approval workflows, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment to ensure seamless, engaging, and brand-consistent employee experience. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across Brand Teams, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Facilities, Audio Visual (AV), and People, Purpose & Culture, ensuring the space is leveraged effectively as a dynamic storytelling, engagement, and activation platform.
Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end content intake, review, approval, and scheduling process for Tech Plaza digital screens and employee-facing activation spaces
• Coordinate with Brand Teams, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Facilities, AV, and People, Purpose & Culture to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational priorities
• Maintain and administer the content governance process, including content calendars, approval workflows, and publishing schedules
• Monitor screen programming and digital experiences to ensure optimal functionality, quality, and employee engagement
• Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders seeking to utilize the Tech Plaza digital ecosystem for employee communications, events, and brand activations
• Track and report content utilization, engagement metrics, and stakeholder participation to support continuous improvement efforts
• Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience through innovative storytelling, digital content, and experiential activations
• Coordinate logistics and operational support for employee engagement activities, product showcases, leadership events, and brand activations within Tech Plaza spaces
• Anticipate and communicate potential risks to project timelines, content delivery, and stakeholder commitments while recommending solutions to ensure successful execution
• Support the development and documentation of standards, processes, and governance guidelines related to digital employee experiences and activations
• Other special projects as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university
• 5+ years of professional experience in experiential marketing, communications, employee engagement, event coordination, brand activations, workplace experience, or project management
• Advanced proficiency with digital signage, workplace experience, and content management platforms
• Strong background in digital content creation, including both static imagery and video production, to effectively support modern communication and engagement needs
• Demonstrated experience administering and managing digital signage and workplace experience platforms, such as Appspace, including content publishing, scheduling, governance, and analytics
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
• Experience managing content calendars, approval workflows, and communication planning processes across cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across Marketing, Communications, Facilities, Technology, Human Resources, and business functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital content management systems
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and competing priorities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.63 - $34.63/hr.
