Position Summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, discovery, and innovation initiatives within a Creative Hub and Digital Asset Management ecosystem. This highly visible role will drive the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for creative technology platforms that support content creation, asset management, marketing operations, and digital customer experiences.


As a strategic product leader, you will identify opportunities, conduct customer and stakeholder discovery, evaluate market trends, and define solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Creative Operations, and business stakeholders to shape product direction and influence organizational priorities. This role is ideal for an experienced product manager who thrives in ambiguity, drives alignment, and is passionate about improving creative and content workflows through innovation and emerging technologies.


Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Creative Hub and Digital Asset Management platforms

• Lead product discovery efforts through customer research, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and market evaluation

• Identify opportunities to improve creative asset management, content workflows, configuration processes, and workflow automation

• Partner with Engineering, UX, Creative, Content, and business teams to solve complex business challenges

• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives

• Influence product direction and build alignment across cross functional teams and leadership stakeholders

• Develop business cases, product recommendations, and executive level roadmap presentations

• Evaluate and leverage AI enabled technologies to enhance creative operations and content management capabilities


Key Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience operating at the Senior Product Manager level

• Demonstrated expertise in product strategy, product discovery, customer research, and roadmap development

• Experience managing products within Digital Asset Management, Creative Asset Management, Content Management Systems, Creative Operations, Content Configuration, or Workflow Automation environments

• Proven ability to partner with Engineering and UX teams to define and deliver customer focused solutions

• Strong understanding of creative technology platforms and content management ecosystems

• Experience utilizing tools such as Miro and AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams without direct authority

• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting campaign creation, creative production, and content operations workflows

• Knowledge of creative analytics, performance measurement, and customer engagement strategies

• Experience with AdTech, MarTech, ecommerce, retail, consumer, or omnichannel environments

• Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, Monday.com, and PowerPoint

• Experience working within UX focused product organizations

• Background supporting large scale consumer facing brands and enterprise level digital platforms
