Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Catalog Development Manager to contribute to our team in our La Vergne, TN office. 

In this role, you will improve the discoverability, availability and conversion of the Print on Demand titles within Ingram Content Group’s wholesale catalog by developing rule-based automated content detection / decision making processes for catalog and feed management. You will identify and execute opportunities to elevate content across internal & external book marketing channels, websites, catalogs and other merchandising touchpoints. As the Catalog Development Manager, you’ll partner with the catalog team to ensure key, high-potential Print to Order (PTO) titles are fully optimized across all global sales channels through complete, accurate and enhanced data. In addition, you will own and lead the content curation plan for retail audiences, helping shape how key titles are positioned in the marketplace.  You will support multi-channel marketing efforts by organizing and managing the assets needed to effectively promote catalog content across platforms. Finally, you will conduct research, manage applications, create ongoing reporting, and deliver detailed analysis and actionable insights to help inform strategy and performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 1 year business or data analysis experience
  • 2 years online merchandising, marketing or related experience
  • 2 years experience working with formal Reporting Tools/Platforms (examples: SQL, Qlik, Excel, QuickBase, Salesforce, etc.
  • 1 year intermediate to advanced experience using Excel for data manipulation, charts/graphs, pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using AI tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of PTO catalog to support discoverability, availability, and enhance sales of the catalog in the market
  • Seeks out and initiates channel engagement for new places for book discovery and sales
  • Ensures growth of flagged catalog and reports associated KPIs
  • Develops & optimizes downstream visibility for curated content flag(s) & promotes understanding of their definitions into the marketplace
  • Reports out to management on progress and development of programs and impact of catalog curating and enhancement
  • Performs regular internal business reviews for key stakeholders and/or clients
  • Partners and leads cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop processes for continuous process improvement

Hiring Salary Range: $65,224 - $82,466. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
