The Digital Content Creator is responsible forall visual storytelling across Detwiler's digital platforms. This role will produce and edit high-energy video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,YouTube, and internal marketing efforts,as well asmeetphotography needs throughout the company. This person must be a creative thinker, a natural storyteller, highly personable, anda passionatefan ofthe Detwiler's brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Produce and edit daily video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Capture long-form YouTube content with strong storytelling and pacing.

  • Film in-store content with staff, customers, and vendors.

  • Photograph weekly ad items and social media images.

  • Edit videos quickly for social formats and trends.

  • Create content ideas that support holidays, promotions, and product launches.

  • Provide well organized files for easy content management.

  • Create high energy content for our internal teams.

Creative & Brand Development

  • Bring big, fresh ideas that match Detwiler's fun, family-forward energy.

  • Collaborate with marketing team on campaign ideas.

  • Take direction and feedback well and revise quickly.

  • Study the brand voice and work to elevate our storytelling consistently.

Collaboration

  • Work with store teams to capture real momentsandpromoteour productsevery week.
