Job description

Position Overview

The Talent/Content Operations Coordinator is responsible for driving operational excellence with a primary focus on performance tracking, communication management, reporting, content scheduling and content management, and workflow execution.

This role also provides cross-functional coordination with the Content team to ensure that talent-related content deliverables are properly tracked and executed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multi-department workflows in a fast-paced digital environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client and team communication.

  • Schedule client touchpoints and structured performance discussions.

  • Document action items and ensure follow-through across teams.

  • Maintain organized tracking systems for all client-related tasks.

  • Social media tracking and analytics.

  • Support structured performance reviews and improvement planning.

  • Support leadership with operational dashboards, reporting summaries, and administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution between clients and operations teams.

  • Assist in refining and documenting department SOPs.

  • Support system development to improve workflow visibility and accountability.

  • Coordinate administrative onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain organized file systems and tracking tools.

  • Prepare meeting decks, documentation, and structured performance materials for leadership.

  • Content production support with scheduling and content management

Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in talent operations, digital media operations, or performance management.

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional workflows.

  • Exceptional organization and documentation skills.

  • High discretion and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
