Job Summary

The Content Senior Executive is a specialised role responsible for supporting the management and evolution of Marina Bay Sands' enterpriselevel digital platforms. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role as the organisation undergoes major platform revamp initiatives and delivers continuous enhancements across a diverse digital ecosystem.

You will work closely with multiple business units-Hotel, ArtScience Museum, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, F&B, and one of Asia's largest convention centres-to ensure accurate, consistent, and wellgoverned content delivery that elevates the Marina Bay Sands digital presence.

We are seeking someone with handson experience in enterprise CMS environments, web project management, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, multistakeholder setting.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Platform Operations & Web Mastering

  • Perform web mastering activities across enterprise digital platforms-configuring, structuring, and publishing stakeholdersupplied content within an enterprise content management system while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to governance standards.
  • Support platform revamp initiatives and largescale content migration efforts, ensuring quality and timely delivery through rigorous requirement gathering and comprehensive user testing.
  • Maintain a highvolume, multibusinessunit content estate, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established content governance frameworks.
  • Operate within enterprise content management system structures, approved design systems, and governed publishing workflows to deliver scalable, maintainable, and compliant digital operations.
  • Manage multiple operational tasks in a fastpaced environment, demonstrating strong prioritisation, the ability to work independently, and the resilience to collaborate effectively with demanding stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & CrossTeam Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage content requests, clarify requirements, and align delivery expectations.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills by constructively advocating for operational feasibility, and guiding stakeholders toward mutually beneficial, winwin outcomes.
  • Maintain close and continuous communication with stakeholders to stay updated on evolving business needs, operational changes, and campaign timelines.
  • Ensure regular updates and proactive communication within the internal team, and collaborate closely with the reporting officer for alignment, approvals, and escalation where required.
  • Align stakeholders to established standard operating procedures, providing guidance on content suitability, format, and readiness for publishing.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation, increased workflow efficiency, and improved operational governance.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update documentation relating to standard operating procedures, content governance guidelines, and platform standards as needed.

Project Management

  • Manage website revamp or migration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proactively communicate with external project management teams to identify and assess project risks, while notifying internal stakeholders and senior management of potential issues.
  • Evaluate dependencies and conflicts among various web projects, escalating concerns to key stakeholders and facilitating effective resolution strategies.
  • Maintain clear communication among all stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding project progress, updates, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of project management processes by providing feedback and insights based on project outcomes and stakeholder experiences.

Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Diploma or Degree holder
Experience
At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in contents production field.
Knowledge in HTML is essential.
Other Prerequisites
Good knowledge and experience with online content management for web and plus point for mobile platforms.
A well-organized person who can adapt quickly to constant change and ambiguous situations.
Meticulous and outspoken. Has willingness to learn.
Ability to collaborate well with internal team member and external stakeholders.
Able to accommodate flexible work schedule during critical business periods.
