Blo Blow Dry Bar is looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media & Content Creator to help elevate our brand and grow our online presence. We're searching for someone who understands the beauty industry, loves creating engaging content, and knows how to turn everyday salon moments into videos and posts that attract new clients.
What You'll Do
  • Create high-quality photo and video content in the salon.
  • Film, edit, and publish engaging Reels, TikToks, and Stories that align with current social media trends.
  • Develop a monthly content calendar highlighting our services, products, stylists, promotions, and salon culture.
  • Showcase client transformations, before-and-after results, special events, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Create educational, entertaining, and relatable content that encourages sharing and engagement.
  • Collaborate with local influencers, models, and community partners to create fresh, authentic content.
  • Plan and coordinate content days, model calls, and promotional campaigns.
  • Write compelling captions and incorporate relevant hashtags and location tags.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages and fostering an active online community.
  • Monitor analytics and continuously refine strategies to increase reach, engagement, and bookings.
