Job description

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for a Content Manager to provide support for our government customer in Quantico, VA
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Populate and maintain After Action Reports, briefings, newsletters, and other documents while preserving quality control of information by using passive and active means on unclassified and classified networks.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • Bachelor's degree or related field. Education may be substituted with greater experience and/or certifications.
  • Derivative classification, Microsoft 365 Certified : Fundamentals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • At least five (5) years of military experience. Experience with the Marine Corps is highly desired.
  • Experience as SharePoint administrator and user governance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/365 products including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, etc.
  • Ability to review and edit reports as needed to maintain high quality information.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with tagging strategy/taxonomy management, process design, dictionary development and metadata.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or Developer Associate.
  • Power Automate Certifications

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
