Job Description

Job Title: Instructional Design Associate

Job Location: Charlotte, NC 28202

Job Duration: 3 + Months



Instructional design, developing content 

Instructional design, content development, using LMS 

Assist in learning management and instructional design/development for various learning programs Assist in testing and editing learning solutions for errors, accessibility and ease of use Collaborate in planning, designing, and implementation of learning solutions Curate, maintain, and utilize graphic and audio elements to envision appealing and engaging courseware Write a variety of materials, including eLearning, printed materials, and online communications for internal and external departmental audiences Assist in the editing and production of videos Creation of draft scripts and storyboards Work with project management team to stay on task and schedule for assigned deliverables Help facilitate feedback for course evaluation Coordinate course offerings within department schedules and make all necessary arrangements for materials, pre-class communications, travel, training room adjustments, technology, on-site representatives, and sign in sheets Start Time: 12:00 AM

This is not an IT role it is a role supporting the design of training content.

We are looking for someone that has some exposure to programs that facilitate this development such as Articulate, Storyline, or Captivate.

It requires understanding of learning design principles such as ADDIE or SAM as well as adult learning theory.

Typically, the type of person looking for this type of intern role is enrolled in an Instructional Design curriculum.
