We're looking for a Ad Content Production Manager to help shape our video advertising strategy from concept through final cut, working closely with our Creative Director. In this role, you will develop fresh creative concepts, oversee day-to-day production workflows, edit and design polished videos, and lead a small team of content ad creators, with most of the work centering on 15-60 second Direct Response ad videos for Home Services lead generation, think roofing, windows, bath, siding, and similar verticals. We are an AI-first team of creators constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in content creation.


Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with, no pressure):


  • Concept & Campaign Development: Generate and pitch original video concepts that align with marketing team goals, keeping a pulse on social, web and paid platform trends.
  • End-to-End Production Management: You will own the full production lifecycle, from brainstorming and scheduling to delivery, while ensuring high-volume projects stay on track.
  • Hands-On Editing & Design: Directly edit and design video content, executing cuts, motion graphics and sound.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor and manage a small team of designers, assigning work and reviewing output for quality and proper naming.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate regularly with designers and media buyers to collaborate on video performance, creative pipeline, and ideation.


What Will Put You Ahead:


  • Experience: 4+ years as a content creator with proven experience in end-to-end video production, concept generation and graphic design.
  • Technical Toolkit: Proficiency with video editing, productivity and AI tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Higgsfield AI, JIRA, Google Workspace).
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to effectively juggle multiple deadlines and manage a high-volume output of 100+ videos per week. Experience with JIRA or an equivalent is a must.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present creative ideas to non-creative stakeholders.

  • Bonus Points:
    • Advanced skills in motion graphics, animation and social-first video formats.

    • Experience leveraging AI tools for video generation and production workflows.
