Job description

We’re seeking a Senior Content Strategist to help shape clear, engaging, and high-performing digital experiences for a major financial services client. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead content strategy, strengthen editorial excellence, and partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across complex initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies that support business goals, user needs, and digital experience objectives.
  • Set and maintain editorial standards to ensure content quality, clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Apply GEO, SEO, content governance, and structured content best practices to improve content discoverability and performance.
  • Lead content planning, roadmaps, workflows, and cross-functional editorial coordination for complex programs.
  • Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder discussions to turn business needs into actionable content plans.
  • Partner with Product, UX, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams to create scalable content solutions.
  • Support content review, quality assurance, and editorial decision-making across digital initiatives.
Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, content design, editorial strategy, or digital content management.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and content review skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience leading complex editorial programs and multi-stakeholder content initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of GEO, SEO, content governance, and structured content practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
