Casual Fridays is hiring five (5) Part-Time In-Market Contracted Field Content Creators to support our hotel and resort clients in key hospitality markets across the United States.

We are seeking one (1) In-Market Contractor in each of the following locations:

  • Boston, Massachusetts (1 Position)
  • Key West, Florida (1 Position)
  • Sarasota / West Palm Beach / Fort Lauderdale, Florida (1 Position)
  • Atlanta, Georgia (1 Position)
  • New York, New York (1 Position)

About Us:

Casual Fridays is a hospitality-focused marketing agency specializing in social media, content creation, paid social, and digital marketing for hotels, resorts, and travel brands across the United States.

We are seeking creative, reliable, and self-motivated In-Market Field Content Creators to support our hotel and resort clients in key hospitality markets nationwide. This is a part-time independent contractor opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, working independently, and visiting hotels, restaurants, attractions, and local experiences to capture high-quality visual assets.

Job Summary:

As a Contracted, Part-Time In-Market Field Content Creator, you will work closely with our Account and Creative teams to capture photography and video content for social media marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for gathering content on-site, editing assets as needed, and delivering content in a timely manner according to project requirements.

This role is project-based and offers flexible scheduling based on client needs. Local travel within your market will be required. In addition to capturing content at assigned hotels and resorts, you may also attend local events, festivals, attractions, and community happenings when requested. This role will occasionally work alongside Casual Fridays team members during client visits, content shoots, and special projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation
  • Capture high-quality iPhone photography and videography for hotel, resort, and hospitality clients.
  • Create engaging short-form video content suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
  • Follow shot lists, creative briefs, and content requests provided by the Casual Fridays team.
  • Capture content that reflects each client's brand standards and marketing goals.
On-Site Content Visits
  • Visit assigned hotels, resorts, restaurants, attractions, and local experiences within your market.
  • Coordinate with property staff, client contacts, and Casual Fridays team members during content visits.
  • Represent Casual Fridays professionally while on-site.
  • Identify opportunities to capture authentic guest experiences and engaging storytelling moments.
  • Attend and capture content at local events, festivals, activations, and community happenings when requested.
  • Work alongside Casual Fridays employees during client visits, content shoots, and special projects.
  • Support content collection efforts that showcase both the destination and the client experience.
Content Editing & Delivery
  • Edit photography and video content as needed.
  • Create completed short-form videos for social media use.
  • Organize and upload content according to established workflows and deadlines.
  • Deliver assets to the Casual Fridays team in a timely manner.
Collaboration
  • Attend occasional virtual meetings with the Casual Fridays team.
  • Communicate proactively regarding project status, scheduling, and content needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Account Coordinators, and Creative Team members to ensure content aligns with client goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Strong iPhone photography and videography skills.
  • Experience editing video content using mobile or desktop editing tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and hotel staff.
  • Reliable transportation within your local market.
  • Availability for occasional weekday, evening, or weekend content shoots.
