Job Summary
We are seeking a BOH Meal Prep person to join the team at our thriving restaurant. In this role you will be mixing, thawing, weighing and measuring ingredients in order to prepare Meals to package. Require standing, lifting up to 25 pounds. Washing dishes, cleaning prep area as you go. Responsible for reading SOPs and following directions as required. Must be proficient in using kitchen appliances, washing dishes, and general kitchen rules per serv safe and health department.
FOH position requires greeting customers, packing meal plans for pick up, restocking grab n go freezers, cleaning cafe, washing dishes, and taking orders. Must be outgoing and support our brand for awareness. This is an area that you have cross training in and support as needed. Must be able to work weekends. See hours of operation.
Responsibilities
  • BOH: Make pizzas, grab and go meals and weekly meal plan meals
  • BOH: help with meal plan prep, weigh and measure food for containers, wash dishes, label containers
  • FOH: All duties as required by SOP, including up sales of products sold, understanding macronutrients, cleaning, cashier, and closing.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, specifically meal prep cafe
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • Ability to read, weigh, assembly in timely manner
