3PL Terminal Manager - Lead Warehouse Operations, Logistics Performance & Operational Excellence at Pasha Logistics, LLC

Lead Warehouse Operations, Logistics Flow & Terminal Performance

  • Oversee 3PL Operations: Direct warehouse and container freight station operations to ensure maximum efficiency and operational performance
  • Manage Freight Flow: Ensure containers are delivered within required timeframes and outbound freight is accurately loaded and shipped
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Partner with dispatch, customs, sales, finance, and registration teams to improve operational processes and workflow coordination
  • Establish Cargo Handling Procedures: Develop and manage cargo handling, storage plans, and operational procedures in partnership with assigned 3PL providers
  • Manage Labor & Resources: Adjust staffing and operational resources based on facility volume and business demands
  • Lead Dispatching Functions: Oversee container and shuttle dispatching activities while ensuring KPI expectations are consistently achieved
Drive Safety, Compliance & Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across terminal operations.
  • Maintain Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies while leading monthly safety meetings
  • Monitor Inventory Accuracy: Manage inventory control procedures and maintain accurate operational and shipment records
  • Oversee Equipment Compliance: Verify proper maintenance, inspections, and recordkeeping for forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively address operational challenges and maintain strong customer communication
  • Improve Operational Processes: Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and eliminating redundant or inefficient processes
  • Support Financial Accuracy: Review vendor invoices, verify billing accuracy, and ensure timely processing in accordance with company policy
