Job description

SUMMARY: The Sales Representative is responsible for representing and selling all services offered to current and prospective customers in a defined sales territory for the purpose of expanding market share and growing company revenue. The Sales Representative will establish long-term, profitable partnerships, based on the ability to identify and supply a clients requirements effectively.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new sales with existing customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Identify revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
  • Service clients to ensure solid relationships leading to long-term partnerships.
  • Develop knowledge of the full line of products and services that is offered and successfully sell all of these products and services to customers.
  • Identify needs and implement solutions to increase revenue.
  • Escalate issues and concerns to the appropriate stakeholders to improve quality, service and all deliverables.
  • Special projects and assignments as needed for business.
  • Duties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assigned.
