Job description

About Sales Gravy:
Founded by bestselling author and sales thought leader Jeb Blount, we're a globally recognized leader in sales training and enablement. Our expert team delivers proven systems that help companies accelerate productivity, improve agility, and gain a competitive edge.
About the Role:
Sales Gravy is hiring a Sales Trainer who is both a proven seller and a skilled coach. This is a dual-role position where you are responsible for generating revenue and delivering world-class training.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building pipeline, and are passionate about developing others, this role offers a unique opportunity to do both at a high level.
In this role, you will:
  • Own revenue generation: Prospect daily, build pipeline, book meetings, close deals, and grow your book of business
  • Deliver training & coaching: Lead engaging, high-impact training and coaching sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Drive account growth: Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing clients
  • Build relationships: Deliver a consistent, high-level customer experience that drives retention
  • Customize training experiences: Adapt content and develop learning experiences within our LMS
  • Collaborate on content: Partner with the team on curriculum and program development
  • Build your brand: Maintain a professional presence that supports credibility and visibility

What you'll bring:
  • Proven success in B2B sales and sales leadership; SaaS or channel sales experience is a plus
  • Strong presentation and training facilitation skills
  • Excellent time management and self-discipline
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
  • Coachability and the ability to adapt quickly
  • Confidence under pressure and a genuine desire to help others improve

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary + Sales Commission + Quarterly Bonuses
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Flexible schedule and paid time off

This role requires daily prospecting and active selling. If you're looking for a training-only position, this may not be the right fit.
