Sales Hatch is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Recruiter to join our Atlanta team.

You’ll play a key role in helping businesses hire top talent while developing valuable skills in recruiting, sales, and client management.

What You’ll Do

* Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools

* Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and culture fit

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

* Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process

* Manage recruiting pipelines and maintain accurate CRM and ATS records

* Write and post compelling job advertisements

* Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries

* Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the acceptance process

* Follow up with candidates and clients after placement to support a successful onboarding experience

* Partner with teammates to improve recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and client delivery

* Bring urgency, professionalism, and a winning mindset every day

What We’re Looking For

* Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

* Interest in recruiting, staffing, sales, or human resources

* Previous experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or business development is a plus, but not required
