Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Design & Ad Specialist based in Netherlands.

This role blends creative design and performance marketing, supporting a fast-moving consumer brand in the natural and organic products space. You will be responsible for shaping visual storytelling across digital channels while ensuring advertising campaigns deliver measurable results. The position sits at the intersection of design, media buying, and growth marketing, requiring both artistic sensibility and analytical thinking. You will create engaging assets for paid and organic campaigns while continuously optimizing performance across major advertising platforms. The environment is collaborative, agile, and highly hands-on, with strong ownership over creative direction and campaign execution. This is an opportunity for a marketer who enjoys turning ideas into high-performing visuals that directly impact brand growth and sales.

Accountabilities:
  • Design high-quality static and video creatives for paid advertising and organic social media across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Develop and adapt visual assets for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and performance marketing goals.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Continuously test and iterate on creative concepts, using performance data to refine messaging, visuals, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials including presentations, sales collateral, and product listings for digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, audience reach, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to define priorities, budgets, and creative direction for ongoing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media or paid media management.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms.
  • Strong graphic design skills with the ability to produce both static visuals and video-based creative content.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills in a remote work environment.
  • Experience working with consumer brands, e-commerce, or CPG products is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Flexible part-time schedule, ideal for freelance or fractional professionals.
  • 100% remote work environment.
  • Competitive compensation in USD.
  • Opportunity to work with a mission-driven brand in the health and wellness space.
  • High level of creative ownership and autonomy in marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced team environment focused on impact and experimentation.
