Hall & Evans, LLC is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience handling civil litigation matters, particularly in defense work. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a team of knowledgeable attorneys in a supportive, business-casual setting.


You'll gain hands-on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing your skills in business development.


This position will require residency in or within commuting distance to St. Louis. This is a fully remote position, reporting to the Kansas City, MO office. We offer Flexible Time Off policy and fully covered medical, dental, and vision premiums.

Requirements

  • Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri, required;
  • Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas, preferred;
  • A strong work ethic and proven case management skills;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Exceptional research and writing skills;
  • Top-notch marketing and client development skills;
  • Ability to travel;
  • Competent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook, and;
  • Trial experience, preferred.
