We're looking for a practitioner who is an expert in analytics and data science, understands innovative research methodologies, and has extensive experience translating complex data into clear business insights. If you have a passion for understanding consumer behavior and a proven track record of using data to solve business problems, we want to hear from you.
As a Market Research Data Analyst, you will own the data analysis lifecycle, from ensuring data quality to delivering streamlined analysis. Your work will directly support important decisions and help enhance Apple's market research capabilities by turning raw data into actionable recommendations.
4+ years of experience in customer insights or market research, either at a CPG or consumer technology company or a market research firm.Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or human-behavior field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, CS, Psychology) or equivalent experience.Strong communication and data visualization skills, with the ability to explain complex findings simply and persuasivelyDeep expertise in analyzing large-scale survey data using code, with proficiency in: Python (Pandas) or R; SQL for querying large datasets; Jupyter Notebook or similar environments.Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, SurveyMonkey).Solid foundation in statistics as it applies to survey design and analysis.
