  • Collaborate closely with Research, Media, Commercial, and Digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize brand growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience required; experience in fast-moving consumer products strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building, evolving, or repositioning brands.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, including television and large-scale creative productions.
  • Strong background in consumer insights, brand positioning, and market research.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15% including international travel

  • An independent self-starter who thrives with ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and naturally curious about consumer behavior.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity
  • Own and influence the direction of a nationally recognized consumer brand.
  • High visibility with senior leadership and meaningful input into strategic business decisions.
  • Opportunity to lead high-profile integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment with significant autonomy.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
    • Competitive medical, dental, and vision plans
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Company-paid disability and life insurance
    • Generous paid time off and holidays
    • Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
