Job description

Overview

As a Senior Brand Analyst, you'll help shape and execute brand strategies that drive growth, relevance, and consumer connection. Sitting at the intersection of brand marketing, commercialization, and innovation, you'll partner across Marketing, Sales, Insights, R&D, Design, and Operations to bring campaigns, packaging, and product initiatives to life.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business acumen with creative thinking—someone who is equally excited by consumer insights, campaign development, launch performance, and flawless execution.


Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across core brand initiatives, food occasions, seasonal moments and emerging platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and agency partners to bring brand campaigns to market with excellence.
  • Contribute to annual planning processes, including AOP, QBP, NSM, and other strategic planning forums.
  • Develop consumer-facing briefs and help translate insights into impactful brand activations.
  • Monitor campaign and launch performance, identifying opportunities to strengthen effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
  • Support competitive audits, social listening, trend analysis, and consumer research to uncover growth opportunities.

Innovation & Commercialization:

  • Manage end-to-end packaging innovation and execution across the portfolio and key customers
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver new launches, graphics updates, format expansions, and customer-exclusive programs, including item and UPC code creation and sell deck support.
  • Track launch readiness, key milestones, and early performance indicators to support successful commercialization.
  • Manage product sample logistics, including ordering, tracking, testing, and documentation.

International Expansion:

  • Support Marketing Ops and International Brand Director in international product and packaging expansion initiatives across global markets
  • Coordinate global briefing timelines and cohesion with US marketing calendar
  • Support localization requirements, packaging adaptations, and launch documentation for market-specific needs
  • Assist in developing and distributing global toolkits, assets, and launch resources
  • Partner with international teams and marketing ops to ensure key milestones and deliverables are executed on time

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
