ResponsibilitiesJob Summary  This internship offers a rotational experience across our leading CRM platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Creatio within Wipfli's Growth & Collaboration space. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to CRM implementation, and client engagement while developing foundational consulting skills.    Responsibilities  - Participate in the analysis, design, selection, and implementation of CRM software systems  - Collaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients  - Assist in business analysis and project management across a variety of industries  - Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions  - Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions  - Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds   - Learn and apply Lean principles and structured problem-solving techniques  - Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program impact Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesQualifications:  - Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related field of study  - Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher   - Superior written and verbal communication skills  - Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologies  - Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities  - Ability to build and foster professional business relationships  - Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement  - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
