Who You’ll Work With

At Slalom, our Delivery capability is the engine that powers transformation. We are the connective tissue across all capabilities—bringing strategy to life through execution that is rigorous, adaptive, and outcome-driven.

You’ll join a community of delivery professionals who thrive in complexity and are passionate about making things happen. Our teams lead high-impact initiatives across industries, partnering with clients to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and deliver results that matter. Whether it’s a multi-workstream transformation or a product launch, we bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every engagement.

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, tailoring delivery approaches to meet them where they are—whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid. Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the planning and execution of large, complex, multi-workstream initiatives across different domains - i.e. modernization initiatives (data, cloud, AI).
  • Translate ambiguous, high-impact challenges into structured delivery strategies, operating models, and execution plans.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including business, product, technology, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Leadmultiple complex concurrent projects with multiple workstreams, project portfolios, or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Partner with senior client leaders to define success metrics, decision frameworks, and scalable ways of working.
  • Manage interdependencies, risks, and constraints while driving prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery decisions.
  • Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Establish and scale governance, processes, and delivery standards to enable consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Apply and scale delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid) based on client context and organizational maturity.
  • Develop AI solutions and incorporate AI-enabled delivery tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Planner, Smartsheet) to support planning, backlog management, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational alignment.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8+ years of consulting experience leading technology projects and business transformation initiatives in roles such as Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Senior Business Analyst, or Delivery Lead.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience supporting initiatives involving AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, machine learning, advanced analytics, or digital transformation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end project and software development lifecycle - from business case development through planning, execution, deployment, and operational transition.
  • Solid technical foundation with familiarity across enterprise applications, cloud technologies, integrations, and IT infrastructure.
  • Technical fluency with modern software engineering practices, including familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Copilot), Visual Studio Code, GitHub, source control workflows, and CI/CD concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certifications such as CSM, PMP, CBAP, scaled agile preferred.
